SuperSpine offers 20 to 30 small classes per week, with many classes offered after work and on Saturday mornings, supervised by Sid Cubasch (exercise physiologist), Gaya Mahanama or Jessica Moyle (physiotherapists). Our classes have a maximum of 5 people, with each participant doing an individualized program. We use advanced BodyBalance Allegro 2 tower reformers along with a range of mat and ball exercises. We aim to combine both sophisticated equipment-based and simple floor exercises so you can form a home program of exercise based on what you learn in class.

The SuperSpine gym can also be used for self-managed exercises, including use of the “high-tech” DAVID equipment.
