Elise joined the Superspine team in 2018, sharing a passion for patient centred care, wellbeing and recovery. She believes in a holistic treatment approach integrating specialised clinical reasoning and evidence based practice to help her patients reach their specific goals.
Elise completed a double degree in exercise science and physiotherapy in 2009 from Griffith University Queensland. She has extensive clinical experience in pain management, private practice and womens health. Special interests include spinal post op recovery, clinical pilates and pre-post natal care.
Elise is dedicated to careful diagnosis and treatment of all musculoskeletal injuries, involving both manual therapy techniques such as mobilisation, massage and manipulations as well as having a strong emphasis on individualised exercise prescription to enhance recovery. She also teaches physiotherapist led strengthening classes in the gym, providing close monitoring of her patients progress.
Outside of work, Elise is a mum to three young children and enjoys living an active lifestyle.’
